Well first, an update. Currently 3 weeks into DDP Yoga and have dropped 2.1kg and 3cm off my waist.
Also, in my last Blog – Head, Body, Heart, I mentioned the Apple Watch Rings and said that the Move Ring is currently on 2,000 kilojoules (478 calories) to burn every day. I said I would up the challenge by 100kj (24cal) on the first of each month. So far this month In haven’t gone under 2215kj (529cal). So the new plan is to put it up to the next 100kj (24cal) above my lowest day or just by the 100kj (24cal) as originally planned, whichever is higher. So at this stage, the 1st April 2020 it will go to 2,300kj (550cal). I’ll let you know.
So, to the challenge. My 18yo son Jackson (JB) still has a strong metabolism and has been growing a lot over the last few years and now at 185cm (6’1”) and weighing in at 62.5kg (138 pounds) he is a little underweight. He wants to be a little heavier.
Me at 48 years old now and 179cm (5’11”) and weighing in at 92.2kg (203 pounds). I want to be a little bit lighter.
So we have decided on some middle ground. 75kg (165 pounds). To make it a challenge we are having a race to see who can get there first. He will be eating more pizza, I will be trying to monitor what I eat a bit more. Maybe less chips while watching movies. (I think a tear just came out).
The first one to 75kg (165 pounds) receives a bottle of Crystal Head Vodka Aurora. Yes we will share, whoever wins but the winner keeps the bottle as their Trophy and gets to drink a bigger share. Wish me luck. Wish him luck too if you want but wish me more, lol.
